Reusable Auto-Injector Pen (3mL Cartridge)
$50.00
AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen (3mL Cartridge) – Precision, Convenience & Controlled Peptide Administration
The AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen (3mL Cartridge) is a premium reusable peptide administration accessory designed to make routine dosing more precise, consistent, and convenient. Built for customers who want a more refined alternative to repeatedly drawing doses manually from a vial, this cartridge-based pen system helps streamline the entire administration process.
Supplied for use alongside your peptide setup, this accessory is designed to work with a reconstituted peptide solution, allowing it to be transferred into a 3mL cartridge for simpler repeated use. Once loaded, the pen allows the user to set a measured dose and administer it in a more structured and convenient format. For customers seeking a cleaner workflow, improved repeatability, and a more premium handling experience, the AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen is a practical upgrade.
How the AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen Works
The pen is a reusable injector device designed to hold a 3mL cartridge containing your reconstituted peptide solution. Rather than drawing each dose fresh from the vial every time, the user first reconstitutes the peptide, then transfers the liquid into the cartridge for ongoing use within the pen body.
Once assembled, the pen allows the user to dial a set volume-based dose and administer it in a more repeatable format. This can reduce handling time, simplify repeated use, and help support more consistent administration compared to traditional vial-and-syringe preparation for every dose.
Because the device operates using the liquid loaded into the cartridge, correct preparation still depends on proper reconstitution, sterile transfer, and an accurate understanding of the final solution concentration. The pen improves convenience and repeatability, but the user must still prepare the solution correctly before use.
Key Benefits
Reusable Premium Pen System – Designed for repeated use with cartridge-based peptide administration.3mL Cartridge Format – Supports convenient multi-dose use once the solution has been transferred.Improved Daily Convenience – Reduces the need to repeatedly draw from the original vial.More Controlled Administration – Allows doses to be dialled and repeated in a more structured format.Cleaner Workflow – Helps simplify preparation and handling across repeated administrations.Compact & Practical Design – A more streamlined setup than managing a vial-and-syringe routine each time.Ideal for Structured Peptide Use – Particularly useful where repeatability and convenience are priorities.
Why Choose the AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen?
For customers using reconstituted peptides as part of a repeated routine, convenience and consistency matter. The AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen offers a more refined administration method by allowing the peptide solution to be prepared, transferred, and used in a cartridge-based format rather than drawn manually each time.
This accessory is especially useful for customers who want a premium handling experience, more efficient daily use, and greater control over repeat administration. Once prepared correctly, the pen makes ongoing use simpler and more practical while maintaining a clean, compact, and purpose-built format.
For customers wanting a more streamlined and precision-focused peptide setup, the AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen is a practical premium accessory.
Usage Instructions
The AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen is intended for use with a reconstituted peptide solution that has first been prepared in the supplied vial using the accompanying water for injection.
Your peptide setup is should include:
- 1 x 5mL peptide vial
- 10mL water for injection
- 1 x AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen
- 1 x 3mL cartridge
Step 1 – Reconstitute the peptide
Before the pen can be used, the peptide must first be reconstituted inside its original vial.
General process:
- Remove the caps from the peptide vial and water for injection as needed.
- Clean the vial stoppers using an alcohol swab.
- Using a sterile syringe, draw the chosen amount of water for injection.
- Slowly inject the water into the peptide vial, directing the liquid down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder.
- Allow the contents to dissolve naturally.
- Gently swirl if required. Do not shake aggressively.
The final concentration of the solution will depend on the total amount of water added during reconstitution, so this step should always be completed carefully.
Step 2 – Understand the concentration
Once reconstituted, the peptide is now suspended in liquid and ready to be transferred.
The final concentration depends on:
- the total amount of peptide in the vial
- the total amount of liquid added
Because the pen measures liquid volume, not peptide amount directly, the user must understand the concentration of the final solution before using the pen for a set dose.
Step 3 – Transfer into the 3mL cartridge
After the peptide has fully dissolved:
- Use a sterile syringe to draw the reconstituted liquid from the vial.
- Slowly transfer the solution into the 3mL cartridge.
- Fill carefully to minimise bubbles.
- Do not exceed the cartridge’s capacity.
If the full reconstituted volume is greater than 3mL, only part of the solution will fit into the cartridge at one time.
Step 4 – Load the cartridge into the pen
Once the cartridge has been filled:
- Insert it into the AUS LABS Reusable Auto-Injector Pen
- Assemble the pen correctly according to its design
- Attach the required needle component if applicable
- Prime the pen if needed before first use
Step 5 – Set the desired dose
The pen allows the user to set a measured dose based on the volume loaded into the cartridge. The correct setting depends on the concentration of the solution prepared during reconstitution.
This means the user should always calculate the concentration first so the selected pen dose matches the intended administration amount.
Step 6 – Administer
Once the pen is loaded and the required dose has been set:
- Prepare the injection site using sterile technique
- Administer the selected dose according to your intended protocol
- Dispose of the needle safely after use where applicable
- Return the pen and remaining materials to proper storage conditions
Important Handling Notes
- Correct use depends on proper reconstitution, accurate transfer, and correct concentration calculation
- Always use sterile technique during preparation and handling
- Do not use the solution if contamination, cloudiness, or improper storage is suspected
- Fill the cartridge carefully to minimise air bubbles and improve consistency
- The pen is an administration accessory and does not replace the need for correct preparation practices
Storage
- Store the pen clean, dry, and protected when not in use
- Store cartridges and accessories in a safe, hygienic environment
- Any reconstituted peptide solution should be stored according to the requirements of the specific peptide being used
- Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, and contamination
