Confirmation, Shipping & Delivery Policy
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, provided you entered a valid email address at checkout. Order confirmations are usually sent within a few minutes.
AUS LABS aims to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.
We currently offer two shipping options via Australia Post:

Express Post: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days

Regular Post: estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, and peak periods. If an item is temporarily unavailable, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 90 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@auslabs.email within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. SARMS GLOBAL S.A will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. This does not apply for change of mind.
Interstate Commerce
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent from a warehouse located within the purchasing customer's state of delivery. Interstate shipping is strictly prohibited. If your state is not available at checkout we are unable to ship to your location.
Payment Policy & Security

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using Advanced Payment Gateway are secured payments. This service is only available to some customers in some regions. With all other payments such as bank transfer or P2P crypto, security is the responsibility of the customer as we are not exposed to your payment details.
